Graphics showpiece 

This page is for my graphics showpiece below is an overview of the whole project but carry on scrolling to see each individual things and what they are.

Weapon mood board and annotations 

On the left is my mood board for my healing weapon and on the slides that follow are the reasoning behind why I chose each of the different games and how I would use them whilst designing my weapon. For example the bandage launcher would be fitted like an alternate firing mode.

Environment mood board and annotations 

On the left is my environment concept with the annotations for each game for example the overgrown city in the last of us 2 to show how the apocalypse made it so nature reclaimed the city. I then based my concepts on these things. 

Healing pickups mood boards and annotations

This is my mood board and annotations for my healing pick up. On the next few slides you will see each thing with reasonings to why I chose them and how I would use them.

All hand drawn concepts

These are the hand drawn concepts for each of the things I did research into and you can see how I took different things from each game. For the Vitabomb you will see how I have done more then 1 as I was unsure which one I was going to use. However I did use at least 1 thing from each game that I researched during that phase for example the green on the apple from the Idunn apples representing vitality I used that on my final design for the Vita bomb.

Final concept The M4X1S

This is the final concept it did for the maxis with its log of image manipulation techniques and if you scroll through you will see a brief backstory behind the mysterious healing weapon created to help heal the wasteland and be rid of evil. On the final page you will see my evaluation of the Maxis and what I think in comparison with other designs.

Final concept the Vitabomb 

On the left is my final vita bomb design and the image manipulation techniques that I used during the creation of it. Then the slide after that explains how it was also made by maxis to create a mist that would heal the people within that mist. Then on the final slide there is the evaluation and how I think the project went overall.

Final concept the city of plague 

This is my final design for the environment its called the city of plague and the first slide is the image manipulation techniques and how I made the image. The second slide is how a description of why the city is the way that it is and the final slide is the evaluation of the final design and how I think it stands compared to other designs.
